Marlet snaps up prime Howth seafront site in €30m deal

Property developer Pat Crean’s Marlet Property Group has bought one of the most sought-after sites in Dublin, located on the Howth seafront.

The former Techrete site was put up for sale by Nama in May with an initial guide price of €25 million, though later media reports suggested the price was likely to rise to more than €30 million.
