Mainstream due in high court over €60m funding row

Mainstream Renewable Power, the energy company founded by Airtricity millionaire Eddie O’Connor, is being pursued in the High Court over fees related to its €60 million funding deal.

An affidavit filed last week by the chief executive of Beary Capital, Kevin Beary, claimed his firm was owed fees for setting up the deal.

Answering affidavits from Mainstream, which didn’t respond when contacted, were due to be filed last Friday.
