Ronan is urged to spell out Villa plan

Johnny Ronan’s plans for his Burlington Road Magical Embassy Villa – recently used by Red Bull to host a three-day secret ‘gaff party’ – have hit a wall with planners.

Earlier this year, Ronan’s firm RGRE Embassy Limited applied for permission to convert the ground floor of the property – dubbed the ‘Magical Embassy Villa’ – to a ‘live-work’ unit. This would allow a small office to be based on the site.
