Dalkey residents challenge granting of planning permission for controversial development
The residents seeking to halt a south Dublin development by Richard Barrett’s Bartra Group have lodged legal proceedings seeking to have the planning decision examined by the courts.
Last Wednesday, members of the Bulloch Harbour Preservation Association were in court as Mr Justice Denis McDonald opened the application for a judicial review of An Bord Pleanála’s decision to grant planning permission at the Dalkey location.
