Local authorities reject 90 per cent of homes as housing crisis escalates

Statistics from the housing agency show that 1,860 units have been offered to county and city councils, but just 241 have been accepted

Local authorities have rejected almost 90 per cent of vacant houses and apartments offered to them in the midst of the housing crisis, new figures obtained by The Sunday Business Post reveal.
