Limerick Chamber says ‘unlocking Airbnb’ will not be enough to address housing crisis

The business group estimates that regulations on short-term lettings will only impact 52 such lettings in the city

Unlocking the Airbnb market won’t be sufficient to address shortfalls in the housing market according to a new report by Limerick Chamber. The business group’s short-term lettings (STL) report found that only 52 such available lettings would be suitable for housing supply within Limerick city and only 150 such were available across the entire county.
