Many of those who have gone through a divorce are voting yes in this week’s vote to amend the Constitution, in relation to the amount of time that couples have to live apart before applying

This week, voters will go to the polls. Along with the local and European elections – and, if you live in Waterford, Limerick or Cork, a plebiscite on directly elected mayors – the Irish electorate will also be asked if they want to make an amendment to the constitution in relation to divorce.
