The founder of the fermented soft drinks firm King of Kefir is to triple his output having secured a deal to supply Leon, the healthy fast food chain which recently opened its first outlet in Dublin.

Gerry Scullion, who founded the business after he was made redundant during the downturn, said he would also be seeking investment later this year to further grow the company.
