Landlords form lobby group to fight ‘vulture fund’ label

The state’s largest property investors and landlords are set to club together and form an organisation to fight the perception that they are “vulture funds”, The Sunday Business Post can reveal.

The group, which will be named Irish Institutional Property, will be launched in the new year. A process to find a chief executive to lead the organisation is under way.
