Labour Court rebukes Lloyds over its refusal to recognise unions in pay row
Lloyds pharmacies have been told by the Labour Court to recognise trade unions as part of a lengthy dispute with 170 of its Irish workers.
The workers are seeking a 3.4 per cent pay increase, but the company has declined to engage with the Mandate trade union at several points in the process, according to a recent Labour Court ruling.
