Kitchen café owner embarks on fresh-baked venture

Eight years since taking over The Kitchen café and restaurant at Galway City Museum, chef Michelle Crehan Kavanagh has opened a second premises on Middle Street in the city centre.

Crehan Kavanagh describes her new venture Marmalade as a “neighbourhood bakery” inspired by her travels overseas. The shop sells fresh breads and pastries baked twice daily in-store in view of customers.
