Weeks after a clampdown on tweeting in court by laypeople, the actions of bona fide journalists have just scuttled two criminal trials

RTÉ is declining to comment after a Prime Time interview collapsed a murder trial last week, with the judge criticising what she called “a parallel justice system in the court of public opinion”.
