Judge directs that Seán FitzPatrick be acquitted

Reasons for the decision will be given to jury tomorrow

The former Anglo Irish Bank boss Seán FitzPatrick has been acquitted on all charges by direction of the judge.

The news came on day 126 of his trial. The jury will be given the reasons for the decision tomorrow with a synopsis by Judge Aylmer.
