Billionaire JP McManus will on Monday file a motion for summary judgment against the US government over the tax bill on his gambling winnings.

McManus is trying to recoup $5.2 million (€4.6 million) in taxes that he says should not have been withheld from $17.4 million that he made in gambling winnings in 2012.
