Jackie Lavin: Bill and I should be eligible for legal aid because businesses deserve it

Jackie Lavin, businesswoman and partner of embattled car dealer Bill Cullen, has said that she and Cullen should be eligible for legal aid.

Lavin and Cullen are opposing Danske Bank’s demand that they sell their home to satisfy an €8.2 million judgment obtained against Cullen two years ago. They are representing themselves in court.
