Irish property lender Onate launches €100m bond programme

Company provides property bridging loans and is the third most active non-bank lender in the country

Irish property lender Onate has established a €100 million secured note programme on the Vienna MTF, operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange.

In a statement the company said that this, coupled with its “multiple senior institutional funding lines”, means the group has strong diversity of funding sources.
