Irish firm denies forgery in Russian ammonia giant case

An Irish company fighting a $2 billion conspiracy action has denied using forged documents to claim a stake in one of the world’s biggest ammonia companies.

Eurotoaz Ltd, with a registered address at the Dublin offices of Arthur Cox solicitors, is among a group of 11 defendants being sued for trying to defraud the majority shareholders in the Russian chemical giant, Toaz.
