Irish co-founded tech firm M3ter raises $14m

M3ter, an Irish co-founded company has raised $14 million (€12.8 million) in funding just over a year after it emerged from stealth mode with $17.5 million in investment from some heavyweight backers.

Founded by John Griffin and Griff Parry, the London-based company has developed a usage-based billing platform for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses. It technology captures granular usage and cost data at scale, enables complex pricing configuration, and calculates bill amounts in near real time.
