Ireland’s biggest public company CRH to move primary market listing to US

The building materials firm, which reported a 10 per cent rise in profits, said it will remain headquartered and tax-resident in Ireland

CRH, the building materials giant, is moving its primary market listing to the US.

The company, the largest listed on Ireland’s stock exchange, made the announcement this morning as it revealed a 12 per cent rise in group sales during 2022 to $32.7 billion.

CRH has its primary listing in London, with a secondary one in Dublin. It is the largest company by market value on the Irish exchange.
