Ipsen, the French pharmaceutical giant, will open its upgraded manufacturing site in Dublin this week following a €52 million investment to expand capacity at the facility.

The company, which employs 175 people in Ireland, said the investment has allowed it to increase production of cancer and rare disease medicines by 10 per cent from its Blanchardstown manufacturing facility.
