IPL Plastics paid $24m in fees from $140m Canadian flotation

IPL Plastics, the company formerly known as One51, paid $24 million in fees and expenses from the $140 million it raised in its flotation on the Canadian stock market.

Of the $24 million, which accounted for 17 per cent of the total raised, about $10 million related to expenses incurred in a scheme of arrangement that occurred in order to pave the way for the company’s flotation.
