The billion-dollar Irish tech company at the centre of sexual harassment allegations did not have a HR department until after a female staff member complained about her treatment.

The Silicon Valley tech journal the Information reported last week that six employees of Intercom had left the company over allegations that chief executive Eoghan McCabe made unwanted advances towards female staff.
