Insurers press Law Society to monitor personal injury lawyers

Insurance Ireland has called on the Law Society to inspect personal injury solicitors regularly to weed out any who may be taking fraudulent cases to court. But the body said it would not guide its own members to report solicitors in cases where they believed a fraudulent case was pursued.
