A former employee of beef baron Larry Goodman’s Parma Developments “misappropriated” vast quantities of sensitive company data, including two USB keys which were subsequently wiped, the High Court has heard.
The allegation is the latest twist in a long-running legal battle between ex-director Andrew Griffith and the Goodman empire, where he worked as a senior executive from 2006 until his resignation in 2014.
