Annual report reveals two non-executive directors cannot be considered independent

Independent News & Media (INM) said it is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance as the newspaper publisher revealed that two of its non-executive directors could not be considered independent.

In its annual report released this evening, the company said that Triona Mullane and Allan Marshall could no longer be considered independent as they had provided services to INM.
