Information Commissioner says NSCDA was wrong to refuse to release documentation over three years

The Office of the Information Commissioner has slammed the manner in which the National Sports Campus Development Authority dealt with a Freedom of Information request from John Moriarty, the former operator of the National Aquatic Centre.

In a 17-page decision, Information Commissioner Peter Tyndall said the NSCDA, which is now part of Sport Ireland, was wrong on 49 occasions when it refused over three years to release documentation to Moriarty.
