‘I’ll have no cheek out of you’ - judge bans Enoch Burke from High Court hearing
Mr Justice Alex Owens finds the former teacher in contempt after outbursts during first morning of hearing
Enoch Burke has been excluded from attending the hearing of a High Court dispute between him and his former employer after repeated outbursts which involved him shouting allegations of impropriety against a number of lawyers.
Mr Justice Alex Owens told Burke that he was “the author of your own misfortune” as he informed him that he would only be permitted to watch the case from a separate room when it resumed this afternoon.
