The IDA’s new headquarters rental deal will cost a total of €108.75 million, The Sunday Business Post understands.

Three Park Place, the new premises in Dublin 2 overlooking the Iveagh Gardens, sees the foreign direct investment agency join neighbours including tech giants Dropbox and Slack and costs an annual €4.35 million for a 25-year lease.
