The charities regulator is probing debt advice service The Hub Ireland over its fundraising practices, The Sunday Business Post understands.
In a letter sent to the organisation, the charities regulator said that it has “received a concern that The Hub - Ireland appears to be operating as a charitable organisation while not registered and in particular to concerns relating to fundraising activities by your organisation as an unregistered charity”.
