HSE ‘looking into’ reports that popular Elfbar vapes may have illegal levels of nicotine

The HSE is monitoring reports that some products from a popular brand of flavoured e-cigarettes may contain an illegally high level of nicotine.

British supermarkets have begun removing some Elfbar products from their shelves this week after a Daily Mail investigation found that the watermelon flavour of the company’s 600 line of disposable vaping pens had a capacity of 3 ml to 3.2 ml, in breach of the EU and UK limit of 2ml.
