Stephen Mulvany, the interim chief executive of the HSE, has said “there’s two sides to every story” in response to criticisms from the head of digital transformation who resigned at the weekend.

Martin Curley, the director of digital transformation and open innovation, announced his resignation on LinkedIn on Monday morning citing difficulties in implementing his vision and comparing the task to scaling Mount Everest in bad weather.
