Household income of €100,000 for Wicklow first time buyers the highest in Ireland

The median household income for first time buyers getting a new property in Wicklow has soared to €100,000, the highest in Ireland.

New figures also show mortgage repayments across the country increased to above €1,000 during the first half of 2022, as consumers were forced to take out larger loans to deal with surging house prices.
