House prices up 10% on 2014 but still one third below peak

House prices rose by 1.6 per cent nationwide in October with a one per cent rise in Dublin. Residential property prices remained up 7.6 per cent on an annual basis.

Dublin residential property prices were 4.5 per cent higher than in October 2014.

Dublin apartment prices increased by 0.8 per cent.
