Hotels will see average prices per night top €100 this year for the first time since the recession, as a shortage of available rooms pushes up rates.
Occupancy levels are also set to surge to more than 80 per cent thanks to an influx of tourists, according to a report on Ireland’s hotel and hospitality industry compiled by advisory firm BDO.
