Hotel developers’ three-year feud cools off

Two rival hotel developers in Dublin city centre are now in “proactive engagement” following a three-year planning row, which spilled over into the High Court last year.

High-profile developer Padraic Rhatigan and Eamon Waters, chief executive of Beauparc which owns Panda and Greenstar, have both pushed ahead with city centre tourism accommodation projects near George’s Street in recent years.
