The Dublin Regional Homeless Executive has paid estate agents over €255,000 in finder’s fees over the past year.
The DRHE began paying estate agents finder’s fees to identify and secure tenancies for homeless families last November. The executive confirmed that €255,977, including Vat, has been spent on the finder’s fee payment scheme since then. So far, 159 households have secured tenancies in Dublin through this payment.
