High Court setback for developer John Morrissey in battle with Nama

The High Court has dealt a blow to property developer John Morrissey in his legal battle against Nama over alleged debts of €32 million.

The businessman has been refused pre-trial orders requiring the agency to hand over a suite of documents which he alleges would back up his claims that his loan portfolio was mismanaged.
