The High Court has refused to grant AIB summary judgment in the sum of €1.47 million against a mother-of-two who claims her signature was forged on bank documents.

Victoria Casey said she made the alleged discovery during an acrimonious and hostile divorce battle in the Circuit Family Court in Cork against her former husband William Casey.
