And so it begins . . . or did it ever end? Next Monday (April 9) when both the House of Representatives and the Senate return from the Easter recess, the battle for the 2018 mid-term elections begins in earnest. All 435 Congressional representatives will be contested, along with 33 Senate seats. In addition, the keys to 36 out of 50 governors’ mansions are up for grabs.
