Greyhound, the waste collection company, has launched High Court proceedings against Dublin City Council (DCC) over its decision to award a €10 million contract to rival firm Panda.

The company alleges that DCC breached public procurement rules by awarding a contract to provide waste collection services from designated council homes to Panda.
