Gresham Hotel scrapping large suites to create more beds

The owners of the O’Connell Street hotel want to convert the “significantly underutilised” large rooms into 25 new rooms

The Gresham Hotel has plans to convert some of its largest suites into smaller hotel bedrooms to capitalise on significant demand for tourism accommodation in Dublin.

The project would create 25 new bedrooms at the O’Connell Street-based property and bring the capacity of the hotel up to 405 rooms.
