Green light for Liffey Valley centre expansion

The owners of the Liffey Valley shopping centre in west Dublin have welcomed a decision by South Dublin County Council to grant planning permission for an expansion of the centre.

The centre is owned by US property investor Hines, HSBC Alternative Investments Limited and Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, which is owned by the Duke of Westminster’s family trusts.
