A Johnny Ronan-led consortium is close to finalising a deal with the Department of Housing to allow the first phase of the Irish Glass Bottle site development to proceed following months of negotiations.
Correspondence seen by this newspaper confirms the department and Dublin City Council are close to reaching an agreement that would allow development to commence, and fulfil the requirements set out in the Poolbeg Strategic Development Zone (SDZ).
