Officials at the Northern Irish club are seeking the identity of an account holder posting allegedly defamatory material
Glentoran, the Northern Irish football club, and its manager Mick McDermott have filed High Court proceedings against Twitter in a bid to unmask an anonymous account posting allegedly defamatory material.
The case, which was filed at the end of last month, is being taken by Glentoran Recreation Company Ltd and McDermott against Twitter International Company. It is seeking a Norwich Pharmacal order, which would compel Twitter to disclose any information it has on the user ...
