Shareholders in Glantus, an Irish financial technology company, have voted in favour of a £17.8 million (€20.72 million) acquisition by Finnish company Basware.

Glantus, the Irish company led by tech industry veteran Maurice Healy, is listed in London. The deal implies an enterprise value of £29.5 million for the company.

The Glantus board unanimously recommended the deal, and stock exchange filings that 100 per cent of voters were in favour of the deal. Only a small ...
