Glanbia to sell 60% of its Irish dairy business

The food group also announced double-digit earnings growth for last year

Glanbia is the latest of the big publicly-quoted Irish companies to release annual results. The company delivered its seventh year of double digit growth and also announced plans to sell 60 per cent of its dairy business, which includes its consumer food and agribusiness divisions, to Glanbia Co-op for €112 million.
