Gate boss Colgan to take on property role

Michael Colgan, who is stepping down as artistic director of the Gate Theatre this year, has been hired by the property developer Sean Mulryan.

Colgan is leaving the Gate after 33 years where he was arguably the best theatre producer of his generation as well as its best paid, receiving a package worth €231,000.
