Rivada Networks, Declan Ganley’s telecommunications company, has asked a US court to strike out what it calls a “brazen” defamation case against it by a Chinese-backed satellite company.

Rivada is being sued by a company called Kleo AG in the latest development in a major legal dispute over a planned multibillion-euro mega-constellation of 600 low-earth-orbit (LEO) communications satellites that will host a global broadband network.
