The overseas property empire of fugitive Michael Lynn left an €11.5 million black hole in the finances of his Irish business Kendar Holdings, the High Court has heard. The disgraced solicitor, currently in an overcrowded Brazilian prison fighting his extradition back to Ireland, allegedly left the firm in a “ruinous” position and hampered attempts to recover the money, according to liquidator Martin V Ferris.
