Fraudster Madoff’s legacy dominates investment fund High Court dispute
An investment fund has renewed its bid to remove a High Court judge from a case. Last month Mr Justice Michael Twomey criticised wealthy litigants monopolising court time, in a case linked to convicted US fraudster Bernie Madoff and the world’s largest ever Ponzi scheme.
